Super Genius Labs ("SGL", "we") operates supergeniuslabs.ai. This page explains what data we collect, why, and your choices.

Data we collect

  • Voice demo audio — when you click "Talk to our AI receptionist," your microphone audio streams to LiveKit Cloud for the duration of the demo (max 90 seconds). Audio is not recorded or stored. Transcripts are not retained after the room closes.
  • Form submissions — name, email, company, and free-text fields you submit via contact or build-intake forms are emailed to us via Resend. We do not sell or share these.
  • Email signup — emails submitted via the footer subscribe form are stored in our Resend audience for product launch announcements.
  • Analytics — we use Vercel Analytics + Speed Insights, which collects anonymized usage metrics (page views, performance timings). No cookies, no fingerprinting.
  • Anti-spam — form pages may load Cloudflare Turnstile, which performs bot detection. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

How we use data

  • Operate and improve the site.
  • Reply to contact and build-intake submissions.
  • Send product launch updates if you've subscribed.

Your choices

Genius Care SMS / text messaging

Genius Care, our AI voice receptionist product, sends appointment-related text messages to patients of practices that use Genius Care. This is separate from the Site communications described above.

  • What we send — appointment confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notices only. No marketing or promotional texts.
  • Message frequency — up to a few messages per appointment (a confirmation, a reminder, and a cancellation notice if applicable).
  • How consent is captured — during a phone call with the Genius Care AI receptionist, a patient is asked verbally whether they'd like text confirmations and reminders. Consent is captured per phone number and is never assumed.
  • Opting out — reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts at any time. Reply HELP for help.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on the recipient's mobile carrier plan.
  • We do not sell or share phone numbers collected for SMS purposes with third parties for marketing.

Sub-processors

We rely on: Vercel (hosting), LiveKit Cloud (voice demo), Resend (email), Cloudflare (DNS + Turnstile), Upstash (rate limiting). Their terms apply to data they process on our behalf.
